First meal after arrival to singapore. I wanted to get away from the prices up restaurants and food at the marina sands. Muslim Owens's halal noodle restaurant. Nice place where locals seems to go. Appetizer we had their potato samosa with a spicy sauce. I had the laksi seafood noodle. Rich coconut spicy broth with fresh prawns. They have fish cake, age tofu, and bean sprouts with a lime? Zest. Love my noodle, great start to prep myself for Singapore cuisine. My husband had the jaja meon on an iron skillet with chicken. Flavorful southern Chinese style jajameon. Overall great noodle walk big distance from marina sands. Service is slow but having been in Singapore for 2 days now, seems like the norm. Chinese style service still in expected hehe.
